Yooooohoooooooo. Exam is over. It is vacation at last... Long live Freedom!! Been slacking and channel browsing fair bit during my first day of freedom. And I went out with my sister yesterday too. So sweet of her to treat me. May more will to come! Hoohooo.
Mmm.. Did nothing much for the past 2 weeks except reading, eating, bathing, sleeping and breathing. Studied alot to the extend my mum pleaded me to go out and enjoy myself (haha, an ironic situation).
The only one exciting event was the baking class I attended with my sister at the community centre. It was a one time class, teaching us how to make cheese cakes. It was unexpected. Perhaps, I was naive. I thought that we would get some hand-on. On contrary, the teacher was the only one doing everything. We just sat there and watch. He taught us 3 types of cake using cheese: New York cheesecake, Strawberry cheesecake and Blueberry Cheesecake. I love the New York cheesecake! It was heavenly. Sis and I want to bake it someday (hopefully, we can still remember the steps). As for Strawberry and Blueberry cheesecakes, I dare not say I remember the steps. They are real confusing. What's more the smell of the super thick whipped cream kinda turned me off. I am not a whipped cream person, so is Sis. So, we can't be bother to try it. Keke.
